- Client Property: All data, materials, and intellectual property provided by the Client for service purposes shall remain the Client’s property. We will use these solely to deliver our services.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

These Terms, together with any service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Faystrad Ltd. regarding the services provided and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
